Very strange to direct people away from the actual inquiry too, as it's important that it *does* hear negative impacts of lockdown and personal stories, so it can make practical recommendations about any future such decisions that avoid those consequences if possible.

(of course, it may not do so by outright opposing lockdown like some want 😅)
