Yeah, I'm already in my 30s, I don't want to keep on giving up my life just for a bigger paycheck. Especially when it doesn't really improve my livestyle all that much. The health issues are just not worth it

Yeah, I think that's part of it too, like wanting to create so badly and not being able to, so free feels like I MUST create but I'm tired and I get frustrated with myself orz. Maybe the answer is to take it easy but it's hard ^^;
Yeah, I think that regardless of reason, there's just less activity in these corners of the fandom, and the parts that are still active are negative or simply not what I'm here for. It's disheartening bc fandom is my refuge but I feel less engaged and that's normally the beginning of the end 😔
(and tbh this is medium-key why I get kinda anxious with long projects in my current fandoms bc if something new and shiny catches my eye before it's complete, it's simply never getting finished T-T. Like, I need to finish shit NOW)
Dunno if it's the adhd or what, but once I have been swallowed by a new obsession, all my attention goes to it and it's the only thing that produces the happy chemicals. Wish I could be the kind to bounce back to previous fandoms when the mood strikes but it doesn't work for me 😭
