It wasn't only the warmest February on record – this past month saw the largest anomaly (change from the 1850-1900 preindustrial baseline) at 1.79C of any month on record, beating out December (1.77C) and September (1.73C) 2023. The past 12 months are 1.56C above preindustrial.

Yes I saw that, and the argument over who killed her. Terrifyingly sad. Without verification I haven't reposted any of the reports ascribing some Israeli deaths to IDF troops and Israeli Apache pilots. Hopefully truth will emerge eventually..

Exactly as in the Cumbria coal mine Inquiry. UK govt called Wood Mackenzie's predicted 6% reduction in global met coal use by 2050 'realistic' and 'expert'. Mine now approved and met coal use in UK about to end, in response to need to decarbonize.
A bit sad to be excluded tbh.
But also more recent analysis saying the opposite...?
