A ProPublica analysis found that traffic cameras in Chicago disproportionately ticket Black and Latino motorists. But city officials plan to stick with them — and other cities may adopt them too.

When we lived in Gothenburg, Sweden, which has an extensive archipelago of very sparsely populated islands served by the public ferries, there were notices that they would be adding additional ferries so that people living out there could get home after the upcoming Ed Sheeran concert.
