Once for a magazine assignment in the short-lived "tech, but for LADS" magazine Escape from Dennis Publications, my brother was hooked up to a heart monitor to determine "scientifically" if Quake really was "better" than sex. (It was not. Bungee jumping, meanwhile, was.)
I once got a PR that described a game as "hockey meets Hades", and I have never been switched off from a game more comprehensively and conclusively than with that subject header. The sad thing is the game it was referring to apparently ended up being quite good.
Yeah. I saw a fair few people online saying that the manic energy of the first couple of episodes wasn't really representative of the whole thing, so I gave it a chance. I'm glad I did, it really settles down into something rather fun after that.
Also it still kind of blows my mind that Combs was both Brunt (FCA!) and Weyoun in DS9. He does an amazing job of both characters in quite different ways.
The silly thing is she *has* done that -- in Hyrule Warriors, where she's an absolute badass with her fencing sword!

There's a lot of folks in that article's comments section who need to actually pay attention to what Ferrell was saying. The piece was good. The comments are horrifying.

I'm convinced that a significant number people genuinely believe they have nothing to say if they're not complaining about something. And if there's nothing to complain about, make something up that sounds like it's worth getting upset about.
