Everyone always gets crazy side effects and theyre different every time my special power is getting a headache if I don't take it with food

frrr i think i tried almost 10 meds before we finally found one that didn't completely incapacitate me. so like yeah it sucks but i'll take a sore hand over a 36 hour migraine any day. 💀
