I feel like I have to argue the opposite side. If they don't want people taking photos of whatever prototypes are there, then don't show them. The idea of Nintendo "gracing" us with a look at them without any ability to record them for information preservation purposes rubs me the wrong way.

The lengths the company goes to to control every aspect of information about their products are comical at times. (The US embargo for the DSi makes me laugh to this day.) I also think it's on them to understand that in 2024, everybody is carrying around cameras & want to take photos of cool things.
