who's defending the New York Post?

It's how I read @kenwhite.bsky.social 's post: "Harvard definitely sucks for threatening the NY Post.". It makes it sound like NY Post is the victim. I'm not defending Ackman nor Harvard, but to me, this is a case where they & the NY Post are all the bad guys.
