yeah. Dark Fate got closest to Not Terrible but it's borderline incoherent, hollow, and the action scenes are all slop. T2 is a masterpiece and it's not because of transferable IP or even the story, but because of virtuoso action filmmaking that few have ever accomplished. you can't sequel that

As I've said before, once Cameron flew that helicopter under the overpass, action filmmaking as a whole could just never catch up
