Otherwise I use BookShop for preorders or when I want something fast, and place larger orders occasionally with a few key bookstores I want to support. Plus straight from indie publishers often.

Yes, Betterworld Books is reliable! They list their stuff on Biblio too. I am horribly picky about condition so it matters a lot that the description be accurate. (I especially hate when books have writing or highlighting - I want to be the one to do that!)
