Give up, play a game for a really short time interrupting yourself by yelling internally no i need to work, getting up, sit in front of said work and repeat. and there is no way out on your own, it's your personal hell of inability.

You know you have to do it, you know it only takes a short amount of time, and you know you CAN do it. But you don't, so you wallow in self hatred and feeling stupid and worthless as a human being.
