when I look at what they're doing with the detail on the outfits it's like oh, right, I bet that's why they're being very conservative with body scaling, because with that level of geometry complexity you can't easily stretch every outfit in and out like you used to be able to in older games

I'm gonna say something that's gonna sound bad or dismissive, and I hope we've known each other long enough so that you'll know that's not my intention in any way, and I don't want to dismiss that there are very real resource/tech/etc. limitations on stuff that need addressing.
