If the rumor is true and G5 is over then it's highly disappointing. I liked the concept of them connecting it to g4. The issue, to me, was it felt they never chased those ideas after the movie. So much to explore and they just.. didn't.

I loved the setting and the characters but it often felt like they were skirting the interesting stuff. There was also it just being cursed. The movie forced onto netflix due to the pandemic, no doubt causing licensing red tape. Then posting it in different places.

a lot of personal gripes I have is with how TYT and MYM was distributed. a very confusing and inconsistent schedule on top of several art styles conflicting with eachother. I think the writing and art are the best it could be given those restraints, but it's extremely hard to follow.
