School Choice has always been about one thing, siphoning money away from the public schools into private schools and weird homeschooling. (public schools are fine, actually. Often great. The ones that aren't aren't getting better when white flight (less overtly racist version) is happening at scale.

My dumb thought is maybe Fentanyl deaths are down not just bc current administration's work to reduce supply of precursor chemicals butjust... most of the people most likely to die of overdoses died during the opioid crisis and earlier stages of the fentanyl crisis. (I said it's a dumb thought.)
