Either A or B. Since durability is something that changes frequently, you'd want to see that first. The color contrast between the bright bar and dark box above it also makes the durability a lot easier to read at a glance!

I think you've got a pretty good layout overall, everything seems clean and pretty easy to understand. The only thing I would change is the LT button being on the right of the skills area instead of the left. Having it on the left (or just making it RT instead) Would make a bit more sense visually.
