What an amazing week of #IPE for integrated care of older adults, delivered for a diverse student cohort at Hokkaido Summer Institute, Japan, as UniMelb Global Classrooms project 🤗 Students tackled gnarly case-based learning scenarios on diabetes, dementia with delirium, stroke & falls/frailty!
