I don’t think they specifically mention The Speedway, but there is a scene in the movie at a little club that could be it. But, if you’ve never seen this you should definitely watch it! It’s pretty awesome! And I’ll have to rewatch Repo Man again soon! I have the Criterion Blu-ray!

I watched it a few months back. It wasn’t too bad. Has some weird plot inconsistencies, but since it’s not strictly a time loop movie, I suppose they can be forgiven. 😂

My wife and I are going to a punk show tomorrow night (a friend couldn’t go and gave us their tickets) which seemed like the perfect excuse to rewatch #SLCPunk tonight! 😁🤘
