A few weeks ago I had a *crippling* GI situation for about a week, followed by congestion/runny nose that has persisted. No other symptoms. Got to admit it never occurred to me that it might be Covid, but now I see that diarrhea is more common in current dominant variants.

This is the reality going forward. It's not "shit, I think I may have Covid." It's "I guess there's something going around."

This right here is why others will never admit they've had COVID. I have a coworker who went to the ER w/fever, diarrhea and debilitating vertigo - they didn't test her but after antibiotics failed, told her it was "probably viral" and to stay hydrated. She is still claiming "novid" status. 🤷‍♀️
