Currys are terrible at understanding Consumer Rights Act stuff (or more likely they deliberately train their staff to ignore it). Even for stuff bought recently they seem to think that anything that breaks should be between you and the manufacturer. 🤦🏼‍♂️

Every time I went in there, I could see the sales training course tells all over the staff. Customer service training not so apparent. Terrible shop.
