Stop using the glue stick. Clean the bed with 90% or higher isopropyl and slow your first layer a bit. The glue stick thing was necessary before heated beds were standard but doesn't add much to a heated bed.

I haven’t used any adhesives yet. So far just a good hot water and dish soap wash seems to do the trick. I guess I should wash it a bit more regularly. I’ve started wearing cotton gloves to handle the plate too.
