That is really cool! Was that a special issue of the album or was the original like that with the English and German on either side?

The original 1983 album with 99 Luftballons was only released in Europe w/ all songs in German. This is a 1984 US release likely in response to the International success of their song 99 Luftballons. It’s a compilation of their two previous German albums with five songs re-recorded in English.
