I do totally get it!! I have risk factors too… find something warm and snuggly and get some tea! Hope it passes quickly, but don’t be afraid to ask for help if you need it too!!

I'm sorry to hear this, but I too have anxiety and managed mine OK when I had COVID back in August 2022. Rest as much as you humanly can and stay hydrated of course. Treat symptoms and don't rush back into things when you start to feel better. Find something good to occupy your time - show or book!

Amazing connections between so many of the characters and loved seeing the many ways that people really saw Joe (and his Grandmum) and found ways to support. So much amazingness in one fabulous book!
