1. ‘He needs a male teacher.’ 2. Lack of flexible working in middle and senior leader roles 3. Misogyny in the classroom 4. Lack of support around maternity and returning from maternity leave 5. A job that drains so much energy that you feel you don’t have much left to give your own children
