Persistent villain SOUNDWAVE needed some new glossies for his upcoming tour. As did RATBAT, who came with the black-deco Soundblaster-inspired "Electrostatic Soundwave" redeco, replacing Laserbeak as the pack-in partner for that toy. (2/)
