If I didn’t have #1 I wouldn’t have bothered with the rest, but yeah the price of #4 is why it’s last. I haven’t paid full freight on most of these Silver Age X-Men, counting the deal I got on #2, but #4 is going to cost.

I got #2&3 over 15 years ago at reasonable prices (even though they’re slabbed), same with #1 at a very reasonable price since it’s maybe in G/G-. I have maybe less than 50 issues to go for a complete run of volume 1 (most of that are the reprint issues). I might get around to filling in the gaps.
