I think the company is already essentially bankrupt and he's spitefully trying to run out of cash before the lawsuits by former employees resolve themselves so he doesn't need to pay them out

Yeah, I think Twitter's basically that. He's probably hit the limit of things he can remove from Twitter and expect it to basically work. So either he keeps feeding it cash from stock sales or it goes kaboom. Which he can probably do for a while if he wanted.

Problem for him is that PM Bone Saw still wants his money... And he doesn't go thru Chapter 13
