"is the president old" was the number one issue in the campaign for months and mysteriously stopped being an issue when "which candidate is oldest" flipped parties.
it's almost as if they want trump to win the election
It just the natural ebb and flow of campaign coverage. Six weeks ago the biggest issue in the country was the age of the Democratic candidate, and now the biggest issue is the number of solo interviews the candidate gives to major media outlets. It’s organic. It’s not up to them.
The question was always really "is the president too old to create good content for us?"
i'm quite shocked that the dems/harris campaign have not been flooding the zone with 'trump too old, trump incompetent, trump frail, trump senile' surrogates, op-eds, speeches. i can see why they wouldn't want the candidate to do it, but they pushed out brandon & should b repeating the plan on trump
Will they ever notice that T has had pre-dementia symptoms for years is what I wonder?
Have we all started asking all the authors of those no doubt cogent and current articles, Whassup?
"Which candidate had a top advisor fall for a phishing scam by a foreign power leading to tons of leaked documents?" and "Which candidate has the best email security and document protection compliance?" both used to be above-the-fold issues for months, and yet.
More importantly it stopped being an issue when there became an actual substantial age gap between the candidates! Previously, single issue voters who don't want a president over 80 had zero options and now they have one
And you can't say it's because he doesn't act old! Have they heard him speak??
