Ooh. I can see that being nifty. Though I’m iffy about nuts in my sweets. I like the soft texture of quickbread/loaves.

When I was walking home from lower Manhattan on 9/11, (yes, that 9/11, I was working less than a half mile south of the towers) local stores wouldn’t let me BUY their water and insisted that I take it. ….the contrast is pretty plain.
I’m usually haunted by Journey in those situations. The universe clearly wants me to not stop believing.
