fyi, clearing my browers didn't fix my problem. Still getting 'unsupported browser' and when I click on the 'help center' tab it shows ALL supported browsers, including mine. Ugh.
phone is using X app and I don't think I use X app on laptop. I'm using MS edge, which I've already 'repaired' just in case it had issues but says all is fine. I get the same 'unsupported browser' message using Chrome. I'll try clearing cache. Tx
