I love perogies but with cabbage mixed with pork. I've never had them with sauerkraut. We have a regional thing called Runzas here. They are pretty good. Baked bread stuffed with beef and cabbage.

I loved perogies too. Potato and cheese, fried in butter. Mom always had cabbage for them, but nah. I liked them without that. We usually had them with good sausage.
