I keep hearing about chillout vr. How different is it from vrc?

It's a lot like VRC, but like 2017-2018 era when you could chill in public worlds without being harassed.

Generally, it's more sandboxy, imagine in most worlds being able to spawn cars, tardises, guns, varying sizes of danny devito cutouts, and having access to everything publicly uploaded to the game at your finger tips.
