Found out when using it though, you got to pay attention if the account suggested is the same person. The people suggested might have the same name or twitter handle, but I had to look pretty close to make sure it was ACTUALLY them.

It seems to have a limitation on especially long follow lists. I don't know where that exactly is. I'll try to contact SFB support in the morning if there is such a thing.
