Nah, they'll just truck them in. They commonly send cars by truck anyway. There's tons of freelance truck drivers, esp. in Eastern Europe, who couldn't care less about a handful of striking workers in Sweden. Don't see how that could get stopped short of blowing up the Øresund Bridge, honestly.

Swedish unions have already blocked unloading ships. They will have no problem blocking unloading trucks.
