Sanji is mid-jump, and he's falling into the path of one of Zoro's swords. The sword has pierced him straight through the chest, perhaps even the heart. The fatal mistake is deliberate; Sanji has neither dodged nor defended himself. He's smiling, cradling Zoro's head. His eyes are covered by his hair but it's clear that he's looking at Zoro. They're almost forehead-to-forehead.

Zoro looks back, his one eye wide and horrified. He's leaning back, clutching the sword that pierced Sanji. He wasn't given the time to redirect it or let go of it.

Sanji's hair is mostly black; the strands at his nape is blonde.
