Anyone who’s been in a demonstration in the last 20 years knows you need a kit. I have a kit. The kit exists because I’ve been tear gassed and had rubber bullets fired at me.

You need a kit even if you just might be near a protest, because the police response is not careful of bystanders. You might get maced walking to work or on your porch. You might need to aid someone who comes to your door bloody from "less lethal" bullets
