That is fair. Receiving visitors is within my tolerance range, usually one at a time. But yes what happened to the chat apps? Even Discord isnā€™t the same

Hah thatā€™s an interesting approach. Literal masking. Turning off self-view in the video helps a bit. So much of what I have to do is video based, and while Iā€™m glad it all comes to my home, I wish it was real people coming over. Iā€™d make tea and wouldnā€™t even worry if it was frowned upon to drink it

Me too. Somehow itā€™s worse online (or recording). Zoom is the pinnacle of messing up. When I was promoting my book, I asked for interview questions in advance (for multiple reasons, this included). I talk to myself out loud *all the time*. I canā€™t even imagine what an internal monologue is like.

I didnā€™t tell my family. Told a few of my closest friends. For reasons like this. Now Iā€™m writing about ADHD and spirituality from a lived experience perspective, so it will be obvious to anyone who reads my work - but fortunately thatā€™s not many people :D The ADHD reactionary discourse is terrible

How interesting. Between the two, they might have read Krysiaā€™s stuff!

Ooh, Iā€™d be interested to hear where else it has come up. (Itā€™s an idea that Krysia Waldock borrowed out of another field to talk about disabled & neurodivergent Christians)

Thank you for being part of it! It was so interesting to hear from many orgs - so much expertise shared.
