Wol lore Tsukara and Saran took a while to get to Kugane. Tsu was paranoid about their aunt tracking them down and avoided ppl. Being a kid, Saran was more reckless, stealing food and small trinkets. This lead to trouble with some garleans. Despite this, they manage to make it to kugane

Random WoL lore Pre Arr - Tsukara left the steppes and her tribe with Saran ( her younger sister ) shortly after their parents died in battle. Tsu didn't want to fight pointlessly or to lose her Saran in the same way. She didn't see glory in battle and just wanted to keep her safe.
