So my post run smoothie is now family SMOOTHIE TIME and the 3yo’s weekly vegetable intake.

The real trick is that in daycare last year they GREW GRASS (wheatgrass) and then made green smoothies with it and ever since then, she is thrilled to make and drink smoothies. Especially if she can help. (Because obviously things at school are better than at home)

Even the 3yo drinks the smoothies!!!
