I don't understand why it's orange. Did they use Livewire?
the orange is likely from the combo of the yellows & oranges & browns from: the plate, Dorito crust, Slim Jims & the likely lemon jello base (if OP used a common Mountain Dew Jello recipe) + the light overhead = diffuse light reflections inside + cellphone OS auto: white balance & saturation boost
