Perk of being on sabbatical is going on field trips with my son's class (1st grade). I am so excited as the class is walking to a public bus to a prairie to help with restoration work tomorrow.

After (quitting my job and) moving out here last year, I got to go on 3 field trips with the kiddo. She's 9 now and I had never been able to do that before. Hope y'all have a blast tomorrow!
