I liked the talk on "Principles for effective developers" by Sebastian Daschner at @dev2next.bsky.social#dev2next
What I especially like, was how it was very concrete and practical. And that it had elements that I think most people don’t consider. Like automation: having and creating keyboard shortcuts; in general use the keyboard more; make small scripts. Or connecting context switch and compile time
