I was then hit with jetlag or something an hour before my talk at #dev2next - at least I felt super tired (and it was past 23 in my time zone). I got somemocha with extra espresso shot and 20 min chilling in the sun - with my phone alarm on if I would fall asleep :) And ready to go :)

Now I am done with the talk on stress and depression. I had 10 ppl in the room some asked questions and added things, and I did it in 74 min in a 75 min slot :-D I think it went well :) Now I can rest a bit until my talk on Thursday :) #dev2next
