Did the math today on what it would look like if I wanted to go to GCLS in 2025. ~$2,200 including a lowball guess on flights. About 1300 of this is the hotel. I want to go, I do. It'd be the end of my Writing Academy and a friend from Australia is going to be there. But it's...just not in the cards

I get it! It is such an expensive conference, but it would be better for all of us if you were there. I think you would be a great candidate for a scholarship. I hope you will think about applying for one.
