As you pack, make sure you bring a photo ID! This will be required at check-in. To avoid delays, make sure all members have registered (including applying token codes if that was the payment method). In additional, all POs must be paid in full by Friday. See you soon!
We are now in the late registration period ($130/person). Token codes purchased previously can still be applied. Please make sure all attendees have registered and applied token codes to avoid check-in delays. In addition, any POs must be paid in full by the time of arrival.

Good news! We have a draft Conference agenda posted online at ncemsf.org/conference. A full program with abstracts and speaker bios will be available the week of the event. We can't wait to see everyone in Baltimore!

Arriving early on Friday? We have a Pre-Conference Course (3.5hrs CE) and two tour opportunities available! All require separate registration and an additional fee. Please see ncemsf.org/preconf for details and registration links (must already be registered for Conference).
The final deadline for NCEMSF's negotiated hotel rates at any of our facilities is Thursday, February 8th! After Thursday, market rates apply. Note that all deadlines are only available so long as hotels have availability, so be sure to book ASAP to secure your rooms!
