Same, lots of PbtA stuff is too light for my preference. I want enough bits and bobs on the sheet to keep me busy plotting what to do next. I want this battle to feel different because they had cover, but I don't give a shit about how sturdy or complete the cover was.

Yeah, there’s something lost in a ttrpg when the creative process can be done in like 5 minutes. I also know TTRPG’s ARE board games. But there’s a point when a streamlined TTRPG just starts to feel like a game of like…jenga or something.
