Corporations are not people and have no Constitutional rights. SEC or IRS wants to see your books? No warrant needed. Lie in an ad? Sorry, no 1st Amendment rights. If a corporation makes a dangerous product and people are hurt or killed, the people responsible go to jail.
This seems like a bad idea. Are Florida and Texas allowed to ban social media sites from removing Nazis?
If it does so knowingly in a death penalty state, that shouldn’t be off the table either.
People responsible being the c-suite and board. That's what those big comp packages are for, right? To acknowledge the risk of the job?
