I think I may join a gym soon- I'm ready to get strong!!! Any tips for new gym goers? I used to work out a bit in college but it's been a long time Bonus points if you can suggest some plus size friendly advice besides just cardio !

Find an activity you enjoy doing! Its less of a chore when you're enjoying yourself. I hated going to the gym until I discovered climbing. 😸
