I've always liked yoga! I'm actually interested more in weight lifting specifically. I've always kinda liked it and it's hard to do at home

I think I may join a gym soon- I'm ready to get strong!!! Any tips for new gym goers? I used to work out a bit in college but it's been a long time Bonus points if you can suggest some plus size friendly advice besides just cardio !
