There needs to be way harsher penalties for people who turn without blinkers

I was fine, a bit shaken and a couple of scratches. I threw my shoulder into the car and fell backwards. If I’d been going a little faster I wouldn’t have been so lucky. I have many a near miss of the exact same thing. He was a young lad, hoping the scare was enough to teach him.
