None of us had been working out and I've been on HRT for nearly a year now. For the rowers out there, we averaged about a 2:15/500m at a 24 spm. The other big advantage was it was a home regatta on the Cuyahoga (translates to crooked river). We took the inside lines and saved probably 200 meters.
